I’ve hit a road-block recently (the last week or so). For some unknown reason, I’ve lost all motivation to exercise. It felt like, I was so motivated for ages that I used it all up and it’s not longer there.
Now when I exercise, I have to really push myself to do it, which I’m not enjoying.
I hope that it may be because of the “silly season” and that my mind thinks that I’d rather be having festivities than sweating it out at the gym.
Fingers crossed I get my motivation back. Because I don’t want to give up on my dream!
